Pathfinder Foundation (Bamako, Mali)

This the 10th Camp of Excellence in sciences and mathematics for African girls of all nations, organized by Pathfinder Foundation of Dr Cheick Modibo Diarra (astrophysicist, businessman, and politician).

During the 3 weeks the girls improve their knowledge but above all they have the opportunity to have other women as role models. Various women give them talks about their professional activities, their triumphs, the constraints in their jobs and will explain how they reconcile all that with their roles as spouses.

The Camp is also an unique opportunity for the girls to compare and share their educational experiences and their own culture. Theatre plays and dances in local costumes are organized with this intent.
